The changing rooms are permanently available to the teams for all four days of the tournament. Teams may leave their bags in the changing rooms for the duration of their stay.

A cabin key is required to move into the cabins, which will be issued by the organiser for a deposit of €100. A handover protocol will be drawn up during this process, on which the relevant defects in the cabin area will be documented. At the end of the event, the deposit will be refunded if the cabin is returned to the organiser in the same condition as when it was occupied.

The cabins will not be cleaned between tournament days. Rubbish must be disposed of by the teams themselves in the rubbish container at the end of the day.

Food and drinks are issued on site by means of a consumption card. These can be purchased at the cash desk.

Glass bottles are prohibited in the entire Niederheid Sports Park! This is regulated in the house rules by the City of Düsseldorf.

Drinks will therefore be served on site in returnable plastic cups or ceramics.
