The changing rooms are permanently available to the teams for all four days of the tournament. Teams may leave their bags in the changing rooms for the duration of their stay.

A cabin key is required to move into the cabins, which will be issued by the organiser for a deposit of €100. A handover protocol will be drawn up during this process, on which the relevant defects in the cabin area will be documented. At the end of the event, the deposit will be refunded if the cabin is returned to the organiser in the same condition as when it was occupied.

The cabins will not be cleaned between tournament days. Rubbish must be disposed of by the teams themselves in the rubbish container at the end of the day.

A free livestream will be available throughout the tournament (from the opening ceremony to the award ceremony). The livestream will be produced in German.

Music may only be played in the cabins at a low volume level. The guests of the neighbouring swimming pool are disturbed by music that is too loud.

If this rule is breached, the organiser reserves the right to prohibit listening to music in part or in full. In addition, the organiser will impose a fine of €100 on the offending team.

Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area of the Niederheid Sports Park! The remains of smoking must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided.
